Results of AGM

PCG Entertainment Plc (AIM: PCGE) held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday 3 October 2017 and the following resolutions were passed:

1. The annual accounts for the year ended 31 March 2017 incorporating the Directors' Report were reviewed and approved.

2. R O'D Poulden and A D Gravett were re-elected to serve a further term as directors of the Company.

3. RMS Audit Limited (formerly Benady Cohen & Co Limited) were re-appointed as auditors to the Company for a further year and the Directors were authorized to fix their remuneration.
