Results of AGM and EGM
PCG Entertainment Plc (AIM: PCGE), the AIM quoted Asia-Pacific online media and entertainment company, announces the results of its annual general meeting of shareholders ("AGM") for the year to 31 December and the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders ("EGM"), both held on 13 December 2016. The Company announces that all resolutions were passed unanimously at both meetings.
