Results of the board of directors meeting held on March 30, 2022

The Board of Directors in its meeting on March 30, 2022 unanimously resolved the following:

1- Approved the minutes of the previous Board of Directors meeting.

2- Approved the external auditor's report for the consolidated and standalone financial statements for the fiscal year ended on December 31, 2021.

3- Approved the consolidated and standalone financial statements for the fiscal year ended on December 31, 2021.

4- Approved the board of directors' annual report for the fiscal year ended on December 31, 2021 and approved the corporate governance report.

5- Agreed not to distribute profits and retain the profits of the year 2021.

6 - Approved calling for the Annual Ordinary General Meeting to convene and authorized and delegated the Chairman to send the invitations and to set the date and the agenda of the meeting.
