Result of General Meeting

The Board of eXpansys is pleased to announce that at the Company's General Meeting held earlier today all of the resolutions were duly passed, including the approval of the proposed placing of new ordinary shares at 1.5 pence per share (the "Placing"). 

Full details of the Placing were set out in a circular sent to shareholders on 29 May 2009.  Application has been made for a total of 133,333,333 new ordinary shares issued pursuant to the Placing to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission and commencement of dealings is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 16 June 2009. The Company expects to raise net proceeds of approximately £1.92 million from the Placing.

Following the admission of the 133,333,333 ordinary shares on 16 June 2009, the Company's total issued share capital will be 178,171,007 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
