MBL announces that at the Adjourned General Meeting of the Company held earlier today (adjourned from 14 July 2016), it was agreed the meeting would again be adjourned this time until 2pm on Tuesday 6 December 2016. No business was put to the meeting.

A circular will be posted to shareholders in due course.
