Epic Group PLC13 April 2005 Epic Group plcResult of extraordinary general meeting Epic Group plc ("Epic" or the "Company") announces that at an extraordinary general meeting of the Company, held earlier today, a special resolution proposing the cancellation of the Company's share premium account (the "Cancellation") was duly passed by Epic shareholders. The Cancellation requires the confirmation by the Companies Court of the HighCourt of Justice (the "Court") before it can become effective. Application willnow be made to the Court to obtain such confirmation.
