Result of Extraordinary General Meeting

At the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held today to consider the resolutions put forward following the receipt of the requisition notice on 21 May 2012, the Company is pleased to announce that, in accordance with the Independent Directors' recommendation, all of the resolutions were defeated.

As set out in the Company's circular dated 8 June 2012, The Independent Directors, recognising that the status quo of the Company is not sustainable, have initiated a strategic review. Shareholders will be consulted as appropriate. The Independent Directors are committed to completing their review as soon as practicable.
