The resolution was in relation to,inter alia, the Capital Reorganisation and to effect the Placing and Open Offerannounced by the Company on 12 March 2007. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the2,100,000,000 New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM. It is expected thatAdmission will become effective and that dealings in the New Ordinary Shareswill commence on 5 April 2007.
