Result of Extraordinary General Meeting

Immedia Group Plc (AIM: IME), a premier supplier of digital music, entertainment and commerce channels to leading brands, announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting held today, the single resolution proposed at the meeting (the "Resolution") was duly passed and the Company's Articles of Association have been amended accordingly.

A copy of Immedia's amended Articles of Association will be made available later today on the Company's website www.immediaplc.com, in accordance with the requirements of Rule 26 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
