Redstone PLC21 December 2005 Redstone plc ("the Company") Result of Extraordinary General Meeting The Company announces that the two resolutions to effect the Long Term IncentivePlan ("LTIP") proposed at this morning's Extraordinary General Meeting were dulypassed. Accordingly an award has been made to Martin Balaam and Tim Perks underthe terms of the LTIP which is split as to two thirds to Martin Balaam and onethird to Tim Perks.
