26 June 2007 BIDTIMES PLC ("Bidtimes" or the "Company") Results of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM")

Bidtimes announces that at the EGM held earlier today the resolution for the sale of the investment property known as 89a Waterfall Lane, Cradley Heath to a director of the Company was duly approved and passed.

Following the passing of the resolution the Company expects the sale of the property to be completed shortly.
