PLC02 December 2005 F W THORPE PLC 2 December 2005 Outcome of EGM The special resolution proposed at the EGM held today to make an application forthe cancellation of the listing of the Company's ordinary share capital on theOfficial List of the UKLA and for that listing to be cancelled has been dulypassed. As a result the listing of the Ordinary Shares on the Official List and thetrading of the Ordinary Shares on the London Stock Exchange's market for listedsecurities will cease at close of business on 5 January 2006.
