DCD Media plc ("the Company") Result of Extraordinary General Meeting

At the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, which took place earlier today, the resolutions put to shareholders in order to effect, inter alia, the acquisitions, fundraising and 100 for 1 share consolidation, announced on 11 July 2007, were duly passed.

These matters remain conditional upon Admission of the New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM. It is expected that Admission and dealings in the New Ordinary Shares will occur at 8.00 a.m. tomorrow, 7 August 2007.
