Result of EGM

The Company announces that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's EGM held on 01 December 2008 to give the Company authority to repurchase a further 6,491,580 of its Ordinary Shares, representing 4.7% per cent. of the 136,635,716 Ordinary Shares in issue were duly passed.
