Results of Extraordinary General Meeting
To put the Company into liquidation and appoint the liquidator
The Board of Invista European Real Estate Trust (the "Company") announces that the Resolutions resolving to put the Company into liquidation and to appoint Fund Solutions SCA as liquidator at the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting on 28 December 2015 have been duly passed.
Details of the voting results are noted below and they will also shortly be published on the Company's website http://www.ieret.eu and on Regulated Information (OAM) CSSF's website: www.bourse.lu.
