Results of the Board of Directors meeting held on September 06, 2022
The Board of Directors in its meeting on September 06, 2022 resolved the following:
1- Approved the minutes of the previous Board of Directors meeting
2- The Board was informed of the independent financial advisor (BDO) report on the fair value of the share, which according to the report amounted to EGP 6.90 (six pounds and ninety piasters) per share.
3- The independent board members declared the fair value according to the IFA report is above the MTO price by 38%.
4- Approved calling the extra ordinary general meeting to convene to amend article 21 of the company's articles of association and authorized the Chairman to determine the date of the meeting.
