RESULT OF AGM

The Board of Hydrogen is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting of Hydrogen Group Plc, held today, all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting contained in the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2011 were passed.
