Result of Annual General Meeting
Prime People Plc ("Prime People" or the "Group"), the global specialist recruitment business for professional and technical staff working in the Real Estate & Built Environment, Energy & Environmental and Technology, Digital & Data Analytics sectors, is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today were duly passed.
