Results of Annual General Meeting

At the Annual General Meeting of EIIB (the "AGM") held this morning, resolutions 1 to 3 and 6 to 11 were duly passed. Immediately prior to the AGM, the Company was notified that Mr Yusef Abu Khadra, would not be offering himself for re-election as a director. Accordingly, resolution 5 was withdrawn from the AGM. In addition, resolution 4, being the re-election of Mr Yaser Alsharifi as a director was not approved by shareholders.
