Starcom (AIM: STAR), which specialises in the development of wireless, Internet-Of-Things (IoT) based solutions for the remote tracking, monitoring and protection of a variety of assets, announces that at its AGM held earlier today, based on the proxy voting results, all resolutions were passed on a show of hands. The proxy voting results will be available on the Company's website, www.starcomsystems.com, later today.
