Cardinal Resources plc26 July 2007 Cardinal Resources plc Result of AGM Cardinal Resources plc (AIM:CDL) ("Cardinal" or "the Company"), an independentoil and gas exploration and production company operating in Ukraine, announcesthat at its Annual General Meeting held today, ordinary resolutions 1-6 proposedto shareholders were passed.
