Result of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
At the AGM of Aberdeen New India Investment Trust PLC ("the Company") held today, 5 September 2019, all resolutions in the Notice of the Meeting as set out in the Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2019 ("Annual Report"), were passed on a show of hands.
