Result of Annual General Meeting
Renewable Energy Holdings plc (AIM: REH), announces that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's AGM held earlier today were duly passed. Resolution 3 which proposed the re-election of James Smith was withdrawn as he is now no longer on the Board, his place as representative of Utilico plc now being held by David Weir.
