Results of 2015 Annual General Meeting

The Board of French Connection Group PLC ("the Company") is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today that all resolutions as set out in the Notice of Meeting contained in the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 January 2015 were passed unanimously on a show of hands.

A copy of the resolutions passed as special business at the Annual General Meeting have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
