Result of Annual General Meeting
At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier this morning all of the resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed.
Following consultation with the Company's major shareholders the Board decided not to put Resolution 5 to the meeting. Resolution 5 relates to pre-emption rights being given to existing shareholders when allotting new shares.
