GSTechnologies Ltd (LSE: GST), the integrated information and communication technology infrastructure solutions provider, announces that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held earlier today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed. No proxy votes were cast and all resolutions were passed unanimously on a show of hands.
