At the AGM of S&U PLC today in Birmingham the Chairman said "In a more cautious trading environment our emphasis on debt quality and arrears control means an encouraging trend for profit against last year".
The meeting confirmed the appointment of Anthony Coombs as Chairman and Graham Coombs as Deputy Chairman of the Company.
