Result of Annual General Meeting
Ranger Direct Lending Fund plc announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today, Resolutions 1 to 13 contained in the Notice of Annual General Meeting were duly passed by the requisite majority on a show of hands.

Copies of resolutions 10 to 13 passed at the Meeting will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.
