Result of AGM
Castleton Technology plc (AIM: CTP), the software and managed services provider to the public and not-for-profit sectors, announces that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed. Shareholders should note that Resolution 9 (concerning the Company's ability to disapply pre-emption rights) was withdrawn prior to the AGM and not put to shareholders.
