The Company confirms that at today's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") all resolutions set out in the Notice of the Meeting were duly passed.

A copy of all resolutions passed as Special Business at the AGM has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

Details of the number of proxy votes cast for, against and withheld on each resolution, will shortly be available on the Investment Manager's website: www.ecofin.co.uk as well as a copy of the Investment Manager's presentation given at the Meeting.
