Results of Annual General Meeting (AGM)

At its AGM held earlier today, all the resolutions were duly passed.

The company made a presentation at the AGM and distributed a note explaining the highlights of its results and activities during 2009. The material presented and distributed contained no significant new information and is now available on the company's website.

CTC intends to publish its next Interim Management Statement on 19 May 2010.
