Result of AGM
SeaEnergy PLC (AIM: SEA) is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's AGM held earlier today were duly passed.
At the AGM, the Board gave a short presentation of current activities, highlighting the international expansion at R2S and the first ship management contract for SeaEnergy Ship Management announced yesterday. The presentation will be made available on SeaEnergy's website (www.seaenergy-plc.com).
