Churchill Mining plc14 December 2007 CHURCHILL MINING PLC ("Churchill" or "the Company") Result of Annual General Meeting At the Annual General Meeting of Churchill Mining plc held today, allresolutions were duly passed. Following the passing of the resolutions, the Company has now completed itsplacing of 20,000,000 new Ordinary Shares raising £10,000,000. Admission of theplacing shares will take place on 17 December 2007, bringing the total number ofshares in issue to 65,076,000.
