Result of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
At the AGM of the Company held yesterday, shareholders duly passed all of the resolutions proposed.
Chairman's Statement:
Following our announcement on 10 September 2020 regarding the conditional capital raise, we are pleased to announce that the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") and the Prudential Regulation Authority ("PRA") have given their consent for Parasol V27 Limited (the "Investor") to undertake its subscription.
Following the receipt of these consents we are moving forward to complete the capital raise after which we expect to receive Authorisation with Restriction from the PRA for our subsidiary Recognise. We will update the market in due course with our progress.
