C H Bailey Plc, the diverse group of businesses, with investments and operations around the world in Leisure, Property principally in Tanzania and Malta and a UK engineering business, is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the Company's annual general meeting, held earlier today, were duly passed.

Further to the announcement on 3 August 2015, David Wilkinson has joined the Board as non-executive Chairman and both Rod Reynolds and Mrs S A Bailey have stepped down from the Board with immediate effect.

The Board is seeking to appoint another non-executive director in the near future.
