YouGov plc, the international online market research agency, announces that at yesterday's Annual General Meeting, all resolutions were duly passed. This included the approval of the company's maiden dividend of 0.5p per share which will be paid on 17 December 2012 to all shareholders on the register at 7 December 2012.
