At the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held at 11.00am today all the resolutions as out in the Notice of Meeting were carried on a poll conducted by Link Asset Services. Details of the Proxy votes will shortly be available on the Company's website. (https://www.frenchconnection.com)
