Result of Annual General Meeting
TomCo (AIM: TOM), the US operating oil development group focused on using innovative technology to unlock unconventional hydrocarbon resources, is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), held earlier today, all of the resolutions, as set out in the formal Notice of AGM dated 11 June 2026, were duly passed by shareholders.
