Result of AGM
Cooks Coffee (NZX:CCC; AQUIS:COOK) announces that at its Annual Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM") held on 10 September 2024, shareholders were asked to vote on four resolutions. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll. All four of the resolutions put to shareholders were approved.
