ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING: 2017
dotdigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a Service ("SaaS") and managed services to digital marketing professionals held its AGM at 11.30am today at the Company's offices, No. 1 London Bridge, SE1 9BG.
The Board is pleased to announce that all ten Resolutions were duly passed including Resolution six relating to the Directors recommending a Final Dividend of 0.55 pence per ordinary share for the year ended 30 June 2017, an uplift of 28% over last year with regard to the Final Dividend. The dividend will be paid on 31 January 2018 to those shareholders on the register on 12 January 2018.
