17 May 2011 UTV Media plc ("UTV") Results of AGM

At UTV's Annual General Meeting held today, all of the resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed. Vote totals will be published on our website ( www.u.tv) tomorrow. Copies of the resolutions which constituted special business have been lodged with the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism's website at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do and on our website.
