Result of AGM

Science in Sport plc (AIM: SIS), a leading sports nutrition company, held its Annual General Meeting earlier today at which all resolutions were duly passed.

Dawson Buck, a non-executive director of the Company, did not seek re-election at the AGM and therefore will cease to be a director with immediate effect. The Board would like to put on record their thanks to Mr Buck.

SiS intends to announce a pre-close trading update covering the six months ended 30 June 2016 on 21 July 2016.
