Result of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
The Board of Circle Holdings plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that at the AGM held today at the offices of Lawrence Graham LLP, 4 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AU, all resolutions put to the AGM were passed.
The Company also announces that Jamie Wood has resigned as a Director of the Company with effect from today. The Company thanks Jamie for his contribution to the Board over the past year.
