UniVision, the Hong Kong based designer and installer of digital surveillance and integrated security systems, today announces that at the 2008 Annual General Meeting, held at 8/F, Lever Tech Centre, 69-71 King Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong on 31 October 2008 at 5:00pm (Hong Kong Time), all resolutions proposed were duly passed.
