WILMINGTON GROUP PLC - AGM

Wilmington Group plc is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at its annual general meeting (the "AGM") held yesterday were duly passed on a show of hands.

Copies of the resolutions passed at the AGM (other than those concerning ordinary business at the AGM) are being submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for publication at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
