SKIL Ports & Logistics Limited ("SPL") is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's first annual general meeting held in Guernsey earlier today were duly passed.

At the meeting, the Company reiterated that the timeline given to shareholders at the time of the IPO for the build out and operation of its first port and logistics project in India is on time and within budget. SPL will keep the market informed of further developments.
