Result of Annual General Meeting
Path Investments plc (TIDM: PATH) announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today all resolutions were duly passed.
The full text of the resolutions considered at the AGM is set out in the Notice of AGM published on 24 April 2020.
