Results of Annual General Meeting

7 December 2009

Interior Services Group plc, the construction services specialist quoted on the Alternative Investment Market, confirms that all resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting (the "Meeting") held on 4 December 2009 were duly passed. 

Resolutions 9 and 10 as set out in the Notice of Meeting were withdrawn, pending further consideration of the employee share plan proposals.  A majority of proxies received by the time of the Meeting were in favour of these resolutions, though insufficient proxies in favour were received by the deadline for submission of proxies.
