The Board of MySale Group plc (AIM: MYSL) is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting, held on 30th December 2019, were duly passed.
As announced by the Company earlier this month, David Mortimer stepped down from his position as a Non-Executive Director at the conclusion of the AGM.
