The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") informs that on July 6, 2017 Mr. Marian Ważyński and Mr. Grzegorz Paweł Piwowar resigned from the positions of the Vice-Presidents of the Management Board and from the Management Board, effective as of 6 July 2017. .

Supervisory Board thanked Mr. Marian Ważyński and Mr. Grzegorz Paweł Piwowar for his contribution to the development of Bank Pekao S.A.

Legal basis: § 5 sec.1 p. 21 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19th February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for regarding information required by the law of a non-member state as equivalent.
